Our Settled Minister, Rev. Heather Rion Starr, joined us in August of 2021. Rev. Heather Rion Starr (she/her) is a graduate of Starr King School for the Ministry. With 17 years of experience in ministry, Rev. Heather has a deep well of zest for the work of ministry. Continued

Our Director of Music Ministries

Julie Keefer

Julie Keefer joined UUSD as our Director of Music Ministries on October 8, 2018. She comes from a rich and diverse musical background with over 25 years of choral and worship experience. She currently serves as the Choral and Music Director at the Milford High School. Her prior experience includes serving as the Praise Team Music Director at Epworth United Methodist Church. Our Director of Faith Exploration for Children and Youth

Chris McCann

Chris McCann, UUSD’s new Director of Faith Exploration for Children and Youth will join us on August 1, 2023. Chris brings nearly two decades of professional religious education experience to this position. A native of Delaware, Chris lived in Northern Virginia for twenty years where she served four congregations in the greater Washington area. She has recently returned to Sussex County and is living in Frankford. Continued
