We’re so glad you’re here! There’s lots happening at UUSD this summer, and we invite you and your family to connect more deeply with us this season.
Our Sunday Services are weekly at 10 a.m., and are in-person and via livestream. We’re delighted to welcome numerous guest ministers this summer, as well as our very own Rev. Heather Rion Starr, delivering meaningful, impactful, and thought-provoking sermons. You can find sermon topics and details ahead of time.
Our children and youth program, Children’s Faith Exploration (CFE), continues throughout the summer, though with an abbreviated schedule. Games, labyrinths, and unraveling mysteries of UU are sure to fun for the kids! We look forward to welcoming your children, and kindly ask that a registration form and a media release form are completed ahead of time. If you’re visiting us on a day with no CFE programming, you are invited to sit with your children at the front of the sanctuary, where you will find baskets of quiet activities and a soft rug for the children to enjoy during the sermon.
Our spiritual home at UUSD includes numerous covenant and affinity groups, which all meet regularly. Some examples include our Goddess Group, Men’s Group, Seekers by the Sea, Meditation Group, Book Club, Drum Circle, and more. We hope you’ll explore these groups for deeper connections and meaning.
