“The Rituals of Spring”
AFE Sunday Forum, April 7
After Service from 11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
This discussion is a public forum and is open to all.
Spring, with its blossoming flowers, emerging wildlife, and lengthening days, naturally evokes themes of rebirth and renewal. Around the time of Easter, various holidays are celebrated in different religions and cultures. Some of these celebrations are tied to religious observances, while others have historical or cultural significance.

Join us in a discussion about the rituals of spring. What cultures celebrate spring equinox? What are pagan rituals for spring? What do many of the religious celebrations have in common? Reflect on the importance of these celebrations and the role they play in linking us to our shared history and traditions. Despite our differences, do we all share a connection to the natural world and to the rhythms of life? How can we embrace the spirit of renewal that spring represents and let it inspire us to live our lives with hope, joy, and gratitude?

This meeting is designed for non-religious and religious people with the intent to bring participants together who seek conversation with kindness. We hope you will join us in our shared journey to seek truth, meaning, and purpose in life.
