It Takes a Village

Perhaps you’ve heard the phrase, “It takes a village to raise a child.” One can also say that it takes a village to do a lot of other things, including to make our fabulous congregation happen.
This morning kicks off our annual pledge drive with the theme of “It Takes a Village.” Our “village” is precious to many of us. Let’s gather and bring together our village and all that it means to all of us as we consider what it is to be truly part of this beloved congregation.
