The Work of Peace – Rev. Heather Rion Starr

Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh teaches that we have no hope of creating peace in our relationships or our world if we are not actively working to create peace within ourselves. In our weekly UUSD Affirmation, we say that we covenant “to dwell together in peace.” How is it going for us in this effort? What are we learning about the work that peace requires?
