January AFE Class: The Four Agreements
January 10 and 17 from 1 – 3pm in the Large FE Room at UUSD
The Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz, is an enjoyable and fascinating book that sold 7,000,000 copies worldwide. Ruiz discusses how many of our current beliefs are not ours but ones we were taught to follow. This includes areas such as racism, religion, definition of success, and many other personal assumptions we may or may not live by. Ruiz’s book offers a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives to a new height of freedom, true happiness and love.
Join us in exploring these new thoughts, ideas, and examples of how we can increase our spirituality and help to “spread the love.”
