Before this congregational year careens to a close, I want to be sure to touch base with you all about…the inevitable. We are all mortal. Life itself is a terminal condition. None of us know precisely how much time we have left. How do we embrace that universal truth and allow it to energize, not dishearten us?
UUSD requires that only vaccinated individuals (who are eligible to be vaccinated against COVID) attend in-person services. On the day of the service, if you have a fever or are feeling ill, please stay home and enjoy our livestream service. Click here to register for the morning in-person service. Masks are not required but certainly an option for those who choose to wear one. On the Sundays when the Children’s Faith Exploration program takes place in the Gathering Area, everyone must be masked to enter that space because some of our younger children are not yet eligible for vaccinations.
