The Ordination of Leika Lewis

Sunday, May 25, 10 a.m., “The Ordination of Leika Lewis.” In Unitarian Universalist congregational polity (how we are organized, as a denomination and set of faith communities), only congregations can ordain people into the ministry. Having completed all the requirements of our denominational Ministerial Fellowship Committee to enter into preliminary fellowship, Unitarian Universalist Leika Lewis is now ready to be ordained, and UUSD has the honor of performing this once-in-a-lifetime Act of Ordination for and with Leika! Come witness and be a part of this very special day with us!

• UUSD is requiring that only vaccinated individuals (who are eligible to be vaccinated against COVID) attend in-person services.
• Please stay home and enjoy our livestream if you have a fever, any other symptoms of illness, or if it’s simply a better option for you.
• Mask wearing is encouraged but not required.
