For this month’s theme of Attention, we’ll start by taking a look at how we pay attention to ourselves.

How do we care for ourselves through the ups and downs of life and the challenges that we face? What are some ways that we make sure we are grounded and nourished, in a variety of ways? Please note that there will be an Information Session following the service today on the proposed strategic plan and proposed Bylaws change.
