Learning from One’s Emotional Triggers

Emotional triggers are anything that spark a reaction intense enough to interrupt one’s equilibrium. While uncomfortable, they have something to teach anyone committed to finding inner serenity.
The service considers ways to learn what emotional triggers may be trying to teach.
