Heather Rion Starr: Four million United States citizens are unable to vote in this week’s pivotal national election…because of felony disenfranchisement laws. Between our country’s epidemic of mass incarceration and increasing attacks on voting rights, this is a growing, complex, and significant problem. What is for us to know, think about, and do? Be sure to set your clocks back an hour on Saturday night and enjoy that extra hour of sleep!
