Harbinger of Hope, Healing, and Heaven on Earth

UUSD will mark the beginning of Advent today by lighting the first of five Advent Wreath candles.

UUSD Worship Committee member, Chris Leslie, will reflect on the meaningful reasons UU folks have for participating in lighting Advent Wreath candles, and our annual Christmas Eve service when we gather to celebrate the birth of Jesus who changed the world with his egalitarian teachings.
