The mission of Habitat is to bring people together to build homes, community, and hope.  The Healthy Homes program provides repair services and energy-efficiency upgrades for low-income homeowners impacted by age, disability, and family circumstances with the goal of improving the health and safety of the residents.  SCHFH is also focusing on larger community development and revitalization projects. By the end of 2023 they will be completing building 11 homes in a 2-block radius in the Kimmeytown neighborhood of Georgetown.   Moving forward there are plans to build in Seaford, Laurel, and Milford.
