This one-session class is intended to discuss how chakras act as gatekeepers to our interactions with nature, stress, and the outside world as well as help us maintain a healthy internal balance. It will be held in person (COVID conditions allowing) at UUSD and led by Rev. Sue Greer on Saturdau, June 4 from 1 – 5 p.m.

Our bodies are ultimately made of the frequencies of light, sound, and form. It is our chakras that correspond to these subtle frequencies of color, notes of a scale, and help the body regulate our hormones and the functioning of our organs. To begin to understand how the chakras work allows us to look into the great mystery of life itself.

Rev. Greer sees the subtle energy body including the aura, meridian pathways, and the primary chi of the body. She has been using her experiences and second sight in healing work, teaching, and helping others view and understand illness as “life our of balance.”
