On behalf of the FUNdraising Committee, thank you to everyone that supported this years’ “Fabulous Finds and Fun Times” auction. Our community has raised $17,283 and still counting for this year’s UUSD operating budget. The auction subcommittee began planning in January 2022 and continues to wrap up loose ends. There are seats for several events that we will continue to sell, so be on the watch for available seats. THANK you to everyone who donated food, services, events, gift cards, and tangible items that made this a HUGE success. And of course, our gratitude to all who made purchases.
Thank you to Linda Marsden, our chair for the auction, who worked endless hours to make this event happen. Also, Sue Brown and her very talented photography team; the technical data team who input and managed the Auctria software program; Jan Daily and her hard-working gift card collection team; Pat Schaeffer and her always helpful Communications team. A special thank you to Alleane Taylor, our UUSD webmaster, for always being available to help with software issues. It truly “takes a village” to make this major event happen each year.
